Wie immer bei Saiten hald stark vom Instrument, dem Musikstil und den persönlichen Vorlieben abhängig. Aber die Belcanto Saite gehört mit zu den Besten Saiten die der Markt hergibt. Klanglich am dunkleren Ende ist die Belcanto ja eigentlich eine Streichersaite. Die Saiten fühlen sich flexibler an als viele andere Streichersaiten. Die G und D Saiten sind auch hervorragend als Jazz Saiten geeignet, dann aber in Kombination mit anderen Saiten für E und A, evtl. aus gleichem Hause die Spirocore.

Ich verwende diese Saiten auf 2 unterschiedlichen Kontrabässen, auf dem einen Bass klingen sie warm und rund bei sehr leichter Ansprache, auf dem anderen kernig und dominant, aber die Ansprache ist etwas schwieriger und erfordert exakte Bogenführung.
Großartike Dynamik und breites Klanspektrum über einen langen Zeitraum, perfekt.
