Does the job!

It does the job, but the only thing is to make it fit right onto the tascam, it covers a part of the screen and buttons on the side of the device. So it can be a little inconvenient at sometimes. But it’s not a big deal for the purpose I have for my tascam.

Gut bei wenig Wind, schlecht bie viel davon

Für Aufnahmen mit dem Tascam DR-40 in der Natur habe ich mir den Windschutz besorgt.

Wehen nur laue Lüftchen, schützt dieser zuverlässig vor "Rumpeln" auf der Aufnahme. Leider gehen auch deutlich die Details zurück (z.B. raschelnde Grashalme, zirpende Grillen, ...). Das Einfangen von Gewitterstimmung gerät zur Herausforderung, da selbst mäßige Böen den Windschutz durchdringen.

Um die Mikrofonkapseln in A-B-Stellung zu benutzen, müssen diese bei bereits aufgezogenem Windschutz auseinander geklappt werden, da sich das Teil nicht über ausgeklappte Kapseln ziehen lässt, ohne diese wieder einzuklappen.

Die Verarbeitung scheint wertig und robust, man sollte jedoch keine Fusselallergie haben, denn das Fell lässt etwas Haare...

Alles in allem ist dieser Windschutz für Außenaufnahmen zwar nötig, ich versuche aber möglichst ohne ihn auszukommen. Die über 40¤ dafür sind mir im Nachhinein zu viel.

No hace falta estar en un exterior para notar aire incidiendo directamente en los micros, un movimiento cercano en el entorno, una persona que pasa por delante, ...y ahí esta, un golpe de aire grabado que nos acaba de fastidiar la toma.
Cuando compré la DR-40, éste accesorio no parecía indispensable ni mucho menos, hasta que empecé a grabar, interior, exterior, no importa, siempre hay algo que mueve un volumen de aire suficiente, para que nos arruine la grabación, por no mencionar el viento constante, incluso una brisa.Cuando grabo quiero un sonido limpio, libre de ruidos.
Rycote DR-40MWJ, es un paravientos para minimizar esos pops y golpes de aire que tanto molestan en nuestras grabaciones.
Sin lugar a dudas, comprarlo fue la mejor decisión para poder sacarle el máximo potencial a mi Tascam DR-40.

Attutisce quasi tutto il vento

Ottimo tessuto, anti vento eccezionale, unico difetto per sigillare bene i microfoni dal vento il tessuto ingombra un po' lo schermo cosa non fondamentale durante la registrazione ma fondamentale per vedere i livelli di audio mentre magari sei in modalità monitor.
