I’ve been using the Neutrik NAC3FXXA-W-S for powering professional audio equipment, and the build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Neutrik – extremely solid and reliable. Blue only will match blue male. Takes a few minutes to understand how to close it. It will use screws to tighten up the cables inside. Good connector
