Ich kenne bis jetzt nur dieses Saitenpflegeöl, bin damit jedoch sehr zufrieden.
Wer es günstiger mag, kann auch jedes nicht-trocknende Öl aus dem Haushalt nehmen. Die falschen können hier Schäden am Griffbrett hinterlassen!

Jedoch braucht man so wenig von diesem Öl, das die Flasche sehr lange hält, je nachdem wie viele Bässe man mit Darm bespannt hat und wie viel man wo spielt.
Beim Auftragen sollte man nicht zu viel verwenden, da man beim Pizzen sonst ein unangenehmes, "flutschiges" Gefühl hat und die Saiten an Griffigkeit verlieren.

Am besten mit einem glatten Microfasertuch (vom Discounter) auftragen, das kann man dann auch zum Abwischen, von Schweiß, Kolophonium und anderem Dreck, von Saiten und Griffbrett verwenden.
