K&M 19674 tilt adapter
pawela 09.06.2015
though initially I thought I couldn't justify spending this money, at one time I was pressed to reconsider usability of tilt adapters for loudspeakers. Because of space limitations I had to place my speakers quite high, and to cover front rows I had to use these. I had one adapter (different brand) with fixed angle, but it didn't work for me and I ordered a pair of K&M tilt adapters. Because of smooth tilt angle change they can be precisely adjusted for almost any situation (when floor rises, for example). Adapter is a little tricky to adjust, but very well made. These adapters help me better use my loudspeakers dispersion for improved coverage, and reduced reflections from back wall. And as it is also German made I can justify the price.

works great but only use with lighter speakers
DaveScot 09.12.2022
This tilt does a great job of pointing a symmetrical horn speaker down a bit but please note that it pushes the centre of gravity of the speaker forward so make sure your tripod stands can handle that. I don't recommend putting very heavy speakers on this unit as it's really hard to get them on and off while at an angle.
