Good idea but lacking execution

The quality is ok but the speakers can rotate unintentionaly, which is unfavourable, but otherwise they work.

Okay, but not useful in every situation
Anonymous 07.04.2016
Putting speakers high and tilting them towards the audience always gives good results, so I decided to give them a try, because they don't cost a lot.

Pros: really cost effective and can help in some situations. Tube diameter of 35mm fits the most stands and speakers.

Cons: as expected for this price range, their functionality is not the best. 15° tilt can be quite a lot in some applications, so you must raise the speakers quite high and for this you need really strong stands. Putting speakers on and off tilts can sometimes be very hard.

Summary: if you have really good results and functionality buy tilts with adjustable tilt, and expanding mandrel system, but those can be quite expensive.

PR
Tilt down adaptor.
Peter R. 438 23.02.2016
I use these a lot, but only on a raised stage, these bring my sound to the audience and not to the wall a the back of the room. My last ones were lost at a festival.

These reduce feed back in many ways, so making my sound much cleaner & I don't have to be right on top of the microphone because of the extra volume available.

There is one "down" for these, that is "off balance speaker stand", so do be careful with the weight and height of the speaker in relation to the base of the speaker stand and always have one leg of the speaker stand pointing the same direction as the speaker sound (forward). This will make the whole assembly safe enough for rock & roll.

Sound improvement is great for a few Euro.

Pretty much as expected

The tilt is solidly build and very good quality. Absolutely no weak aspect to this speaker tilt.

My only criticism is it is too steep of an angle for what I use it for. In my rehearsal room it works nicely to focus on a smaller area, for live music it points to the floor too much as would have to have it at around 15' in the air for it reach the back of a reasonably sized room.
