Really good and sturdy stand

Order this if it needs to survive an earthquake. This thing really feels and looks sturdy. Once you place your guitar on it, the guitar stays in place and doesn't move. The width of the stance is adjustable. You can make it wider for more stability or narrower if lack the room.

Very good stand but cork tends to wear out

It provides good stability, my electric guitars (strats, tele) fit perfectly in there. My stand is completely fine because I take care. Nevertheless the same stands in our rehearsal room show that the upper cork piece tends to wear out/break with time. This is also true for other K and M stands with rubber/plastic upper support piece.

Excellent product which could use a bit more customizability

Very sturdy and well-built. However, if I want to use the "widest open" setting which provides greatest stability and support, my guitar is so low to the ground that it almost touches it. It could use a bit more customizability in terms of ground clearance.

Solid, stable stand with adjustable opening angle.
Only unknown is how long the the cork/rubber compound will last - hopefully many years.
