Ibanez RG5320-CSW Prestige

It was my third expensive order placed on Thomann.
The shop sent me the repaired guitar instead of a brand new one.
The fretboard was repaired, and the repair traces were easily visible.
The plastic bag with the multitool and spare parts was broken.
It seems to me that somebody returned that guitar to the shop due to defects, Thomann made the repair, and sold it as a new item.

The guitar itself looks and sounds very cool.
Very comfortable Wizard neck. The semi-satin finish provides a great feeling while playing.
The coil split is on board as well.
Dimarzio pickups are nice as usual.
In other words, if you're an Ibanez fan, you will be satisfied without any doubt.

But Thomann's service provided a bad experience...
