Comprei para substituir o que vem na Squier Sonic Esquire H, que não é nada de especial.
É a minha primeira experiência com pickups desta marca, embora conheça bem o excelente hardware que produzem.
Tenho de admitir que esperava apenas um pickup com um output mais alto e um pouco mais sólido que o que vem com a guitarra mas, obtive um pouco mais. É de facto um pickup com mais output que se dá muito bem com drives ou distorções (no espirito do DiMarzio super distortion) e mantém a clareza das notas. Também se porta muito bem em sons mais limpos, mantendo a dinâmica e clareza das notas e isto eu não esperava.
É um bom pickup por um bom preço e que não compromete em nada o som, não há muito mais que se possa pedir.

Kurz gesagt, wer gerne einen Super Distortion möchte, aber keine 109€ über hat oder ausgeben möchte sollte sich diesen hier mal anschauen.

Ich finde den Gotoh vom Sound etwas rauer als den SD. Das gefällt auf jeden Fall. Für diese modernen glattgebügelten highgainsounds nicht so gut, aber wer echte Musik machen möchte kann zugreifen.

Der Tritt der Vorstufe gehörig auf die Füße. Rockbretter die auch mit viel Zerre nicht matschendes gebauso seins wie auch gecrunschtes. Rock und Heavy Metal ist angesagt. Clean geht auch, ist aber nicht seins. Aber auch da kann er durchaus gefallen da man nicht, wie sonst üblich, ein Mittenbrecher hat. Er hat von allen Frequenzen genug zu bieten. Auch im Split ein ordentliches Ergebnis, kann aber natürlich nicht mit einem schönen Alnico SC mithalten.

Für 45€ kriegt man einen sehr gut gemachten Pickup. Steht ja auch Gotoh drauf ;-)

Jetzt noch flott die Neckversion ordern…..

super micro avec de la présence

j'ai utilisé une paire de micros Gotoh Pickups HB-Distortion NE BK et Gotoh Pickups HB-Distortion BR BK (neck et bridge ) pour remplacer des micros d'une harley benton type SG premier prix et oui, la différence est flagrante, nettement plus de présence et un son bien plus flatteur avec des attaques plus précises. Ces micros peuvent etre cablés de plusieurs manières étant donnés qu'ils ont 4 conducteurs + un blindage (moi j'ai pris la classique), tout est indiqué dans la notice donc tant que vous avez un fer à souder, c'est à votre portée.
