Safe but noisy
Cornelix 10.01.2019
Lock, strap button and screws are included in this package. However; the lock is slightly bigger than the button, and this causes rattling and scratching when sitting down with the guitar since the strap sits loose over your shoulders. At first I didn't really mind, but then i noticed that you could hear the noises though my pickups. I'd only every use these if I'm playing a gig only standing up, otherwise they're not worth it.

Secure and reliable
Jonwbd 05.03.2022
Easy to fit to the strap and to the guitar, I had no issues with the strap coming off as long as I used them.

I was able to fit these parts to my Fender Telecaster without any need for filling or re-drilling holes, the screws fit the existing screw thread.

JH
Thin screws
J Hoeven 02.05.2022
These original Fender straplocks have thinner screws than the original strap pins on my Squier Precision bass, and the original screws don't fit the pins. They seem to be holding, but I'm going to reinstall them with a toothpick to fill up the hole to make them more secure. Next time I'll get the Harley Bentons, that are the same thing. Kinda pricey for having the wrong size screw.
