It's two shiny buttons.

As the heading says, it's two shiny buttons. The buttons have good tactile feedback and the case has a nice polished finish. It feels like I could drop it from a cliff and it would still work, which is perfect for gigging, however it is a bit big, so it has a bit of give and take.

The lights are very obvious to see on the pedal so you wont be getting confused any time you use it.

The only complaint is that my particular ENGL head has Reverb, it'd be nice if this had a switch for that.

You see it when you look at it, you feel it when you take it in your hands and push the buttons, this is a quality product. I feel very much the difference in quality between this pedal and the pedal that came with another amp from another respected company that I bought recently. Me personnaly, I'm happy to pay a bit more and have a quality product that won't fail on me. This one fits the bill nicely.

Straight forward plug in and play

Bought thus controller originally for use with the ENGL Ironball 20 SE, which it works great with. Now using it with my ENGL Fireball 25. Perfect function, no loud clicking noise, seamless operation.

Rock solid Footswitch: pricy but worth it

I bought the Engl Z-4 Footswitch for my Engl Gigmaster 15 Head. It is expensive for a pretty simple construction. But I ordered different Switches that did not work with the Engl amp or were not sturdy enough to last me long.
So i decided to keept this Engl Z-4.

I bet this footswitch lasts a lifetime and won't let you down in any situation. Great building-quality and it comes with a very long cable.
