Fabulous String

Have been using this exact string for approx 6 years. Beautiful tone, warm, yet clear, and IMHO, easier movement of fingers on the string than many others. Less crisp thsn the nano version, but this suits me. The 12/53 suits me, but I intend on trying the 12/56s at some point.
Not a cheap string, but worth the money imo.
Highly recommended.

Great replacement for my HB CLA-16SCE acoustic which had originally D'Addario EXP-16. Initially I went with nanoweb, the feel was excellent, but the tone was not there (too bright).

With these strings, the guitar sounds really well rounded and punchy.

Sufficient for working musicians

Sound takes a bit more than other strings to settle, in the meantime it's too metallic. Then the strings sound ok for a few weeks, not too elegant but quite brittle and reliable to dial up your sound with eq, effects etc. After that time the sound goes mediocre. Thus they do last long , but not with great sound for the lasting time they claim!

Strange feel

I use Polyweb on electric guitar, so wanted to give it a try on acoustic. Ordered light set: 0.12 - 0.53

Feel of the strings under the hand was harsher than Nanoweb. Durability of strings was also noticeably shorter then Nanoweb.
Sound was OK-ish.

I would not recommend Polyweb for acoustic guitar.
