Moyo. That's what compressor is all about, in my eyes. And this pedal has it.

I use this pedal as a clean tone compressor, funk banger, a subtle sustainer, and a boost before a fuzz for that stoner rock destruction.

+ Pros

+ Price. It's properly priced.

- Cons
- Noise, especially in larger volume settings, and when more gain on amp is applied. That said, compressors are surely know for raising the noise floor quite a bit, just by the nature of what they do.

Give your tone a distinct character of your choice with this little, but fat sounding machine.

Great pedal, evens out volumes, kept it at the end of the chain, provided balance between volumes of pedals. I pushed distortion sounds a little on other pedals for solos. The Soul Preacher makes guitar playing enjoyable as you are not struggling with inconsistent levels and this helps your confidence when playing.

Seriously, a revolution in my pedalboard.

If you need to adjust the dynamics, this is the right pedal; it's very sensitive and you can adjust it to obtain the right sound in terms of attack and sustain, or just use it as a(n excellent) booster.
