The best choice, every time

Clear, smooth bass, perfect midrange, highs just right (not too twangy, not too mellow), great balance, great sustain and volume. Extremely durable. They always bring out the best in any guitar, and their sound doesn't deteriorate with time. It almost seems like they keep their "new string sound" right throughout their lifetime. I've never found any other brand of strings that could do that, and that's why I use only Thomastiks on all of my guitars, they always deliver, always 100%. Perfect for the studio, the home, picnics or the stage, your guitar will always shine and cut through. I would definitely recommend these strings to anyone.

Was searching high and low for the perfect strings for my 1978 Ovation acoustic, and am so glad to have found these. I use Plectrums on my Gibson and Alvarez acoustics, but these bring out the best the Ovation has to give. Highly recommend.

great strings

Great sounding, light gauge strings. Thinner strings are perfect for well built, responsive, lively acoustic guitars. The Thomastics are easy to play as well.

I have used these strings for years, always with good results, never had an issue.
Unfortunately, with the last 2 sets, the ball end of the high e string came off when installing the string. Maybe a QC issue, or manufacturing flaw.

best bronze set I know of

I mostly use flatwounds on my acoustic but will sometimes put a set of bronze strings for variety's sake and this are definitely best sounding ones I ever found. Balanced tension, very rich sound and I really like that the overtones are full-bodied and free from that high pitch metallic buzzing that bronze strings often suffer from. Real quality here and price, on the higher end but not crazy either - definitely worth it.
