A
Slightly disappointed
Anonymous 24.02.2017
when i first receive these i was a little disappointed in the quality but then i remembered how much i paid for them and kind of cancelled out.

They're pretty good for the price specially that you get different girths. I bough these to test out which hardness of pick i prefer, since i'm pretty new to playing guitar with picks and couldn't decide. So far they get the job done, but i must admit the i was never picky with picks (pun intended), i've used some homemade ones before and they also were fine, not durable though. I can't say how long these last because i haven't had them for all that long, but they seem like they'll be okay, specially that there are 12 of them!

Pros:
- Cheap pack of 12
- Different girths

Cons:
- Signs of bad cutting on the edges

Not that big of a deal and definitely not enough to cause discomfort, it's more on the aesthetic side.

A must for everyone!

As a guitar player who is always on the lookout for new picks to try out, I recently picked up the Harley Benton Nylon Player Pick Set Mixed and I have to say, I'm really impressed with these picks.

One of the things that immediately stood out to me about these picks is their feel. The nylon material is smooth and comfortable to hold, making it easy to play for extended periods of time without experiencing hand fatigue. The picks also have a nice thickness to them that provides a good amount of control and precision when playing.

The mixed set comes with a variety of different shapes and thicknesses, which is great for experimenting with different playing styles and techniques. I particularly like the teardrop-shaped picks, which are great for strumming and rhythm playing, and the smaller, pointy picks, which are perfect for lead playing and picking individual notes.

Another thing I appreciate about these picks is their durability. Despite their relatively low price point, they are surprisingly resilient and I haven't had any issues with them breaking or wearing down quickly.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Harley Benton Nylon Player Pick Set Mixed to any guitar player looking for a high-quality set of picks at an affordable price. With their comfortable feel, versatile shapes and thicknesses, and durability, they are a great addition to any guitarist's toolkit.

J
Great for value!

There’s many picks available online and it was difficult to choose but they seemed like a value price on the website. A big positive is that there are many different sizes so for a bigger like myself i got to experiment for what works best for me.

I got recommended bigger picks by a friend (1mm, 1.5mm) but found the optimum for me is the 0.8.

would really recommend this purchase. you get two picks from nearly all the sizes, quite durable, and love the colour variations for aesthetics. Plain and simple as they should be would purchase again

Perfect !

As someone still pretty new to playing guitar, I quickly learned that picks make a huge difference — and the Harley Benton Nylon Player Pick Set Mixed has been an absolute game-changer for me. This little set is exactly what any beginner (or experienced player) needs to explore different tones and feels without committing to just one pick.

First off, the variety in this pack is brilliant. You get a range of thicknesses, from thin and flexible to thicker, more rigid picks. That means I can experiment with light, smooth strumming one minute and more defined, punchy picking the next. For a newbie, that flexibility has helped me understand how pick choice affects tone and control — way faster than if I’d just stuck with a random single pick.

The nylon material feels great in the hand and lasts ages without showing wear. They grip well, don’t slip, and just feel solid in use. Plus, having a bunch of them means I never panic when one inevitably gets lost (as all beginner pick-losers know!).

Overall, this pick set is excellent value, great quality, and genuinely fun to play with — highly recommended.
