I am writing to reiterate my formal request for a full refund for my order placed on March 18, 2025, which has not been delivered to date.
As previously mentioned, the shipment was allegedly dispatched on March 22, but to this day, there is no reliable confirmation of arrival in my country, nor any update from local postal services. This situation is entirely unacceptable.
I remind you that under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if goods are not delivered within 30 days, the consumer has the legal right to cancel the contract and demand a full refund. The 30-day deadline has long passed, and I am under no legal obligation to wait 60 days for your internal investigation.
Since you have not provided a satisfactory solution, I have now filed a formal complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, including all communication records and evidence.
If I do not receive confirmation of my refund within the next few days, I will also proceed with a chargeback request through my bank for non-delivery of goods.
This is my final attempt to resolve this directly with you.
I expect immediate action.
