Clever colour coding - but no explanation
These cables are all numbered and also colour coded. I use this for the behringer 4ch compressor.
Quality is great and its a little heavy cable.Cable tie nice touch.
The colour coding is actually fairly intuitive. But it would have still been nice to have it clarified somewhere
So the blue/yellow cable that goes into the insert of the has the yellow at the top and blue at the base of the connector, This means that the yellow banded cable is the tip/send and the blue is the ring/return.
Unbeatable price by a long way.

Good quality & inexpensive
I have used these insert cables to patch in the Aviom AN16 input module to provide in ear monitors from our analogue mixer. I changed a couple of connectors to XLR so that I could put similar channels, like presenter mics through an aux mix to 1 Aviom channel. Also used one of these to take the headphone out from an electronic drum kit in to 2 mixer channels. These insert cables work very well with no noticeable noise and are really good value for money.

Excellent value!
The quality is quite good for the price. I use this as a splitter for my e-drum module, it gives plenty of room for expansion. The finishing quality is good.
The only negative point is that the individual cables are a bit thin, so each cable isn't very robust, but trated with care it should last long.

A good workhorse
Its a reasonable lead for the price albeit perhaps not A1 quality. It has however been reliable and the colour coded rings on the jacks are great. It saves confusion during those tense live sound moments when something has stopped working unexpectedly. A utilitarian product which offers good value.

Sssnake for the job
I've used this to connect my compressors to my desk, and it has done the job as it's suppose to. The sound has been ok so far, and the connectors have been working nicely. There is of course a wee problem with the numbering of the leads, which is quite small and not a very good to see from the lead. With four channels this is no biggy, and occurres with others too, but worth a note.
The snake has done what it's suppose to do, so I've been happy with it compared to having separate leads for every channel. So a good product for making the lead-jungle a bit less scary.
