Questions that arise time and again, especially in exhibitions and when it comes to shop design: How and where can lights, banners, and other items required in order for merchandise to be displayed successfully be installed in a presentable manner? The F33 modular truss system from Global Truss has all the answers to these questions, as it can be used to make customised constructions that are perfectly tailored to suit the respective application. In addition to the typical aluminium look, the modules of this system are also available in black. The F33 truss system is suitable for both mobile applications and fixed installations, for the latter of which Global Truss also offers specially developed wall brackets to allow the truss system to be suspended.

Light but strong

The F33 truss system from Global Truss is a TÜV-certified three-point system with 50×2mm chord tubes and 20×2mm diagonal bracings. The aluminium modules are assembled with a special conical system that's driven into place using a copper hammer to ensure a secure friction fit. The F33 series is designed for a span of up to 18 metres. Despite its lightweight design, this system is capable of carrying a substantial load when the span is moderate: At a span of 10m, the stated limit for centrally placed, concentrated loads is 170kg, and for concentrated loads at the positions at one-third of the span it is 126kg. If the span is reduced to 4m, the limit for centrally placed concentrated loads is as high as 438kg.

The three-point shape of the F33 truss system offers the best ratio of transport volume to carrying capacity within the F3x series. End plate success

Global have made a very slick end plate for their 3 point truss in this F33 range. Works magic for putting the finishing touch to truss used in exhibition applications and as a foot for free standing structures. Perfect sizes, weight etc and looks well.

The product is all that you would expect. Nothing fancy but does the job well. I would have liked the option of a wider base that weights could be added to but couldn't see one available.

Wir nutzen die F33 Traversen als Podest für unsere Movings. Die dreieckigen waren für uns von Vorteil, da sie weniger Platz einnehmen als die quadratischen. Da wir nur kleine Movings abstellen müssen, ist die Grundfläche dieser Platte ideal geeignet. Und die sitzt bombenfest auf der Traverse, da wackelt nichts! Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos und sehr ansehnlich. Wir nutzen die 0,5 und 1m Traversen mit Bodenplatte unten und der Base Plate als oberen Abschluss. Und die sehen obendrein noch richtig gut aus auf der Bühne.
Und durch die gesicherten Steckverbinder fällt auch beim Transport nichts heraus, wir laden die Säulen komplett in den Transporter und fahren zum nächsten Gig.

Soporte ideal como tapas de Truss 3 puntos

El acabado es muy bueno y se adapta perfectamente a los soporte Truss, tenía cierta desconfianza de que los agujeros coincidan con la base, pero todo salió a la perfección, a pesar de haber sido transportado hasta Sudamérica. Todo perfecto. Lo utilizaré para colocar en laparte superior de los Truss una cabeza móvil. En la base ya tengo una placa de 800 x 800 de acero con un máximo de Truzz de 1.75 mts.
