Impressive performance

With 1300W of power and a 5L tank, the Captain D. is ready to hit the stage just seven minutes after powering on, delivering continuous fog at full output for up to 40 seconds. Despite its power, the machine allows for subtle control, offering output volume adjustment in 99 precise steps, making the Captain D. suitable for both dramatic effects and more restrained atmospheres. With a fluid-dependent range of around five metres, it is well-suited to most stage setups, and when more sustained fog is needed, running the machine at half power will extend its performance. Operation is simple, either via the menu buttons (covered by a protective film) or by DMX; for the latter option, both a five-pin DMX input and output are provided, and for added flexibility, a wired or wireless remote control (sold separately) can also be connected.

While the Smoke Factory Captain D. might be a bit oversized for the smallest stages, the machine will truly shine on medium and large ones, showcasing its power and versatility. Concert and gala organisers can count on its reliable performance, with the hardwired power cable ensuring a consistent supply even during hectic set changes in dim lighting. In theatres, its finely adjustable output volume will make the Captain D. an ideal all-rounder, easily integrated into the existing DMX chain and controlled from the lighting console. Able to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from 5°C to 45°C, the fogger is suitable for both cool environments and well-tempered rooms, and with one of the fluids that dissolve particularly quickly, the machine becomes perfect for discreet use at trade fairs, making it a versatile choice for technical service providers.

Der Captain D. macht seinem Namen alle ehre!

Die Nebelmenge bei 100% ist einfach nur gewaltig und eher was für Openairs!
lässt sich aber wunderbar runter dimmen. der Nebel ist vom geruch her ganz ok! nur mit dem Heavy Fog fluid riecht mann halt den Nebel... (der ist aber so extrem dicht, dass ich dieses Fluid nur OpenAir einsetze. Dann widerum hat sich das mit dem Geruch erledigt...)
Was ich am besten finde: die maschine nebelt nur dann wann sie soll, kein lästiges furzen zwischen durch! Perfekt für Theater und Showeffekte!!!
