Having played 2002 cymbals for the last 20 years I really can’t praise them enough. Tonal quality and enough volume to cut through all musical situations gives these cymbals the rep they deserve. Good enough for Bonzo good enough for me.

Ich hatte mir dieses Becken und das Paiste Signaturre Line Full Crash in ebenfalls 16" bestellt, da ich mir nicht sicher war welches mein neues Crash werden sollte. Nach kurzer Antestphase war ich mir aber im Klaren, dass das 2002'er mir deutlich besser gefällt. Es ist nicht wie das Signatur Full Crash mit einem Schlag auf der Höhe seiner Power sondern lässt sich gezielt kontrolieren und anspielen, zudem hat es ein nicht zu langes bzw. kurzes Sustain ich finde dies hier genau richitg, im Gegensatz zum Line Full Crash welches mir dann wieder zu wenig Sustain hatte. Aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache ;-)

Weiter gilt es zu sagen, dass das Becken sehr gut und leicht zu pflegen ist und es auch ruhig mal härter gespielt werden kann ohne dass man Angst vor Rissen etc. haben muss.
