Set of Pickups for Firebird Electric Guitar

In 2014, Johnny Winter teamed up with Mojotone to develop his signature Firebird pickup.

Based on his original Firebird pickups, the exact same materials and specifications are used: aged, cast Alnico magnets, vintage spec wire and a steel reflector plate.

Installed in my Gibson Firebird. Sounds super duper! Like the old ones, got that beefy juicy telecaster sound that a Firebird is supposed to have! Stock pickups from Gibson with ceramic magnets and to much wire sounds to hard and soulless, way to much output only suited for hard rock/metal. Don’t sound anything like the old birdzzzz. The Mojotones absolutely delivers! Get em!
