Those are really good pickups

I've put these in a 2023 Gibson 59 Les Paul reissue from the Murphy Lab.
Yes, I really did that :D
The stock Custombuckers were very microphonic and squealed with high gain/volume.
The Hellbenders are really loud, clear and articulate. Great string to string clarity and note separation, no harsh highs, no muddy lows.
They are just right!

Me han gustado mucho. Las pastillas suenan muy bien. Tengo unas 59 Clone en una Gibson y, no tienen nada que ver. Estas pastillas suenan muy bien en limpio, aunque crujen rápido. Pero tienen mucho volumen y muy buena sonoridad. Y, cuando les das ganancia en el ampli suenan muy contundentes, pero, no embarradas. Me han gustado mucho. Las he montado en una HB SC550II y, suena muy bien. Las 59 Clone las tengo en una Gibson y, no sabría decir cuál me gusta más. Al oído lego, seguro que estas, porque la impresión es que suena más fuerte y muy bien. Si es verdad que no suena tan limpia como una PAF, empieza a crujir pronto, pero suenan muy bonito.
PD: Tras una semana, cuanto más las oigo, más me gustan. Tienen mucha salida, mucho sustain y muchos armónicos. Suenan genial.
En la medida en que me gusta lo clásico, me cuesta decir que son las pastillas que más me gustan. Por eso de la cerámica en los imanes. Supongo que cada una en su terreno. Pero estas pastillas suenan fenomenal y son muy versátiles. Van desde el limpio bonito, (pueden sonar a jazz), a ser unas pastillas con mucha distorsión, pero, a la vez limpias, con mucho sustain y muchos armónicos.
Estaba tocando a Deep Purple y me encanta como suena la guitarra.
2ªPD: Me encantan. Las comparo, aunque sé que son distintas, con las 59 Clone de Mojotone que las tengo en una Gibson LP, y, con las Lollard 52 T, que están en una Tele. Cada una en lo suyo, pero, me gustan tanto como las otras. Suenan bien desde el limpio a lo super cañero. Me gustan mucho.

Habe nach einem günstigen Set gesucht um meine 1974 Framus S-360 zu neuem Leben zu erwecken, ohne das Budget zu sprengen. Die PUs sprechen super an, haben einen klaren Ton und setzen sich in meinem Setup sehr gut durch. Sehr schöne Obertöne und nicht zu viel Zerre für so einen hohen Output. Die Hellbenders haben definitiv meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist nun meine Lieblingsgitarre. Fazit: Großartig!
