Die "Meinl-Foot Cabasa" erfüllt komplett meine Erwartungen.Wie in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben, kann man mit einem Handgriff "Single-Strokes" oder "Double-Strokes" treten.Ich benutze das Teil als Ergänzung zu meinem "Stompin Bass" und habe somit eine kleine "Percussioncombo" die ich mit den Füßen zu meinem Gitarrenspiel erklingen lassen kann.Bei einem Liveauftritt mit Verstärkung wäre es sicher rasam, die Cabasa über ein Mikrofon abzunehmen , da sie "Pegelmäßig" natürlich nicht mit verstäkten Gitarren etc. mithalten kann.Aber das liegt in der Natur der Sache.

Einziges "Manko" : kurz nach der ersten Benutzung fing das Ding an zu quietschen. Eine "Grundschmierung" hätte gut getan, da es viele bewegliche Teile gibt.Einige Spritzer eines guten Silikonöls reichten , um das Nebengeräusch abzustellen.
