Ich habe mir das Set passend zu meinem neuen Kesselsatz gekauft, da ich immer wieder angetan war von der Breite im Ton jedes einzelnen Beckens. Sie sind weder zu brillant, noch zu dumpf. Vielmehr haben sie eine ausgewogene Klangbreite und -fülle aus Höhen, Mitten und Tiefen. Die Becken entfalten zudem bereits bei leichten Berührungen mit der Tip ihr volle Potential ohne zu scheppernd oder Metallern zu klingen. Dennoch kann man sehr feine und brillante Klänge sowohl an den Rändern als auch an der Bell erzeugen. Damit passt der Sound perfekt zu Rock und Metal. Die Becken wirken beim Zusammenspiel mit allen anderen Instrumenten sehr ausgewogen in Lautstärke und Klang. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Lackierung, die sicherlich nicht all zu viele Reisen überleben wird.
