Great all round cymbal

Would recommend this to anybody using a minimal cymbal setup, this ride is a great combination of a warm vintage character with a modern stick clarity with a great bell.
Fairly low volume cymbal, so maybe not the best thing to cut through a large band.
Great cymbal for recording, no harsh overtones and great clarity.
Have used this in live applications with bands in a small venues, and is not overpowering even during the loudest sections.

Ich habe mir das Becken vor einer Woche gekauft. Hatte es sogar in der Niederlassung von Thomann in Treppendorf angespielt. Nachdem ich es jetzt einige Tage gespielt habe, bin ich total begeistert.
Alle 3 Dinge, die ich von einem Ride erwarte bietet es:
Es hat eine super Stick-Definition, ist bei entsprechendem Anschlag als Crash einsetzbar und bietet die am besten klingende Glocke, die ich bisher gehört habe.

Ich spiele Pop/Rock und setze das Becken sowohl als klassisches Ride als auch als großes Crash ein.
Ich bin rundum zufrieden! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Dieses Becken stand länger auf meiner Liste. Nu wo ich es endlich habe kann ich nur sagen: es ist ein toller Allrounder.
Ich spiele überwiegend ein kleines Setup mit 1 Crash und 1 Ride. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass das Ride auch als Crash mal eine gute Figur macht. Mit diesem Becken macht man nichts verkehrt. Wer gleichzeitig riden und crashen will ist mit dem 20er Byzance Traditional Ride bestens versorgt. Gewohnte Meinl-Qualität (meiner Meinung sind Byzance eh die besten Becken auf dem Markt), tolle Kuppe, warmer leicht verwaschener Klang.
Egal ob schnelle 8tel - Noten, harte 4tel- Breakdowns oder ruhige Passagen, dieses Becken kann alles.
