Good for price, but with some Signal Strength issues?
Luis Franco 30.04.2023
Everything seemed fine, at the beginning, I tried it home and it was working well, I was impressed; sound was alright, cool investment perhaps. I took it to a small gig, which I thought was a good test for live situations, it worked well in the first one but then after a second session close to the end, the battery ran out, I plug back a cable to continue and that's when I noticed - the signal wasn't strong enough while playing - since I played most of the gig I didn't notice until I plugged back a cable or perhaps as the battery slowly run out, it was losing strength, but all of a sudden I could hear myself better... I thought: well that's a 1 for cables - 0 for the wireless!

My conclusion so far, like many others, I think it's good for playing at home, in a studio, rehearsals or perhaps some small gig that doesn't required such a big performance , casual gigs, but it is risky to take it to more serious live gigs, since there's the possibility it will stop working while playing without a warning.

Great value for money - BUT......
Stewart V. 24.09.2021
I had a first set which worked wonderfully well and I loved them but unfortunately got smashed when my guitar strap came off and the guitar body destroyed the wireless sender. The second set i bought was a disappointment. Battery life was poor compared to my previous set and range was dire. I had them replaced and they were no better. Poor battery life and you couldn't stand front of house to do sound checks as the range was terrible. Only good for studio use so I sent them back for a refund. Thomann - your supplier has reduced the quality. You had a good product. It isnt any more

Great in the lounge - not so live
BigJHW 20.06.2022
Sadly i really wanted this to do the job for live gigs but sadly it looses connection almost straight away after connecting to each other. Works great in my lounge but out at a gig they're useless.

Not bad if you don't have an active instrument
LucidityCrash 11.03.2019
Using these with a Harley Benton BZ-4000 NT. Device fits the socket well and can be folded fairly flat to the body. The construction isn't the best but it is by no means flimsy, the on/off switch could definitely do with improving, it certainly needs to be a different shape to the channel button.

Range is reasonable, works all through my house through several walls and even up stairs. But obviously be aware this uses the same frequency band as a lot of (most) WIFI devices so if you are reliant on this you may need to do some frequency planning.

My biggest complaint is whenever I switch to using the Active mode on my Bass I can hear a high pitched whine. This is easily drowned out when actually playing but is very audible during the quiet times.
I've seen reports of this about other similar devices, some of which explicitly state now that they are not suitable for active devices, something the description or instructions for this do not do.

It is constantly cutting off.
and.con 07.06.2020
Have been using this wireless setup for more than a year now. At the beginning I was using it at the ground floor of our house and I was attributing the contast cut offs I was experiencing to the signal by the wireless internet router.

Then I moved all my gear to the 1st floor, where we do not have internet reception, but this did not improve the situation. The cut offs were irrelevant when correlated with the distance between the transmitter and the receiver. Everytime I use it there is no physical barrier between the transmitter and the receiver.

The battery is really good and you can separate the receiver and transmitter quite a lot before it completely loses signal, even between reinforced concrete walls. The construction for the price is adequate, but the hinge eventually becomes a bit loose.

Good for use at home/studio
Xeytin 05.10.2022
This is good for use at home, or a small studio, but can't use it on a stage or a bigger studio; it has too much interference (white noise) and it is frequently silenced like it was losing connection and reconnecting.

Not bad...but not perfect
Amateurdude 28.04.2020
I bought these a while back thinking i would have the same quality on some of the other Harley Benton products. They work fine, but every time i stop playing for over 10-15 seconds, they seem to "disconnect" as if they stopped emitting or receiving a signal and when i play again it takes a second to "reconnect" with a slight static emitted which then fades. Nothing dramatic, but i bought the XVIVES which are better and keep the Harley Bentons as spares.

Nice product but has issues
-0-0- 15.07.2020
The product works good but doesn't seem to like the presence of another guitar wireless system nearby. It disconnects just enough to be irritating. So my experience so far has been good but only when it is the only guitar wireless system in the room. Note that I haven't tried it in a wide open stage or when the other guitar wireless system is far far away.
