Decided to try these out on my Gibson Custom Shop LP and Trini Lopez after using the Vintage Reissue line (orange stripe on the packaging) for years. Very vibrant tones, especially on the Trini. Long lasting too.

I had never bought gibson strings before and only did (for acoustic and electric) because after buying my Gibson J-35 and Gibson ES-335 that came stock with Gibson strings I was surprised at how good they sounded and how much they kept in tune. Very bright but not brittle. Recommended for Gibson instruments that have the natural tendency to sound a bit darker...
