Ich nutze den Rack Drawer als Schublade in meinem kleinen zusätzlichen 9,5" Mickrofon Case welches als Backup dient.
Die Dimensionen reichen locker für die sichere Unterbringung eines Funkmikrofons (in meinem Fall die G3 Serie von Sennheiser) inklusive Tom und XLR Kabel. Ich habe die Schublade mit Schaumstoff ausgekleidet um Klappergeräusche und heftige Stöße zu vermeiden.
Geräuschlos ist übrigens auch die Schublade selbst. Das Laufscharnier ist sehr robust und liegt stramm aber leichtgängig in der Führung. Ausserdem verfügt sie über eine zuverlässige Arretierung im geschlossenen Zustand. Somit wird die Schublade auch ohne die Notwenigkeit eines Zusätzlichen Schlosses sicher beim Transport geschlossen gehalten.
Um das Handheld Mikrofon zu verstauen ist es notwendig die Kapsel abzudrehen und getrennt einzulegen.
Fazit: Super Qualität zu einem echt fairen Preis!
