Can I have the goods sent to a dif­fer­ent ad­dress?

We include a separate field on our online ordering form to enable you to receive your order at a different delivery address. This may be for example, your work address or a friend or relative's address, if you know you will not be at home to receive the parcel.

Please instruct the recipient to check the parcel carefully for any signs of damage or tampering before signing for the parcel.

If you require your order to be sent to a different country, then please note we are obliged to charge the VAT of the country of destination. If you have any further questions regarding this, please contact our Sales Team - international@thomann.de
