Thomann knowingly sold untested customer return

When EMG Germany had a chance to call out Thomann for this, EMG rep decided to blindly defend Thomann. Thomann did not test this b-stock customer return because it was impossible due to the missing pickup switcher. EMG rep claimed the switch could have simply fell off during handling. That would require a screwdriver to remove 2 machine screws, then remove the plastic/rubber switcher tip for switcher to slide thru the slot then unplug the wires in back. All 3 of those things happening is as likely as a lightning strike. The unit makes a loud piercing noise.
