Good strap, but not ideal for V-shaped guitars

The strap is made of a soft and comfortable material. It feels solid and looks very good. The Auto Lock system works great, it is quick to attach and remove, and it holds securely without coming off on its own.

The downside is that it is not ideal for V-shaped guitars. On this type of guitar the strap button is located at the back of the body near the neck, which means the strap can only be properly attached on one side. The locking clamps work only in one direction and cannot be reversed, so the strap ends up slightly twisted, which might be uncomfortable while playing.

Overall it is a very good strap, but it is worth checking if it will suit your guitar.

Einfach und genial

Die Qualität des Gurtes ist Okay. Er ist bequem und sieht wertig aus. Genial ist allerdings das „Auto Lock“ System. Zwei Klicks und der Gurt ist sicher befestigt und plötzliche Abstürze der Gitarre sind ausgeschlossen. Der Gurt ist ist in Querrichtung immer noch voll beweglich. Mit zwei Handgriffen kann er super leicht wieder gelöst werden. Kein umständliches Gefrickel bevor man die Gitarre in den Koffer ablegen kann. Die Optik der Gurtenden ist dezenter als bei anderen Lock-Systemen. Meine Bewertung gilt für meine Fender Gitarren mit Standardgurtpins, die nicht angetastet werden müssen. Bei Gitarren mit vorderen Gurtpins an der Rückseite des Instrumentes (z.B. ES335, Flying V,…] gibt es jedoch Einschränkungen: das vordere Gurtende ist dann um 180 Grad verdreht, was mir nicht gefällt. Über die Haltbarkeit des Gurtes kann ich noch nichts sagen, das wird sich zeigen.
