Good for sound, not so great for video

Nice audio recorder. Love, that it can be used without extra handles.
Easy to use, built quality is nice.
However, I could not get a nice picture with it. Without extra lighting, I can not get indoor picture even at the daylight. Too much grain. My smartphone do a much greater job.
Maybe some user error, but I did not found how to get a nice picture with it. Sound quality is nice, though.

This cam is small and easy to take anywhere. My biggest issue with this cam is
1. The quality of the display
2. Battery life
You can go out of the batery very fast (minutes) and display is very cheep. You can barelly see the real footage. Everything else is fine.

Good but unreliable

I bought the Q2n-4k to record gigs, rehearsals and solo performances.

The video quality is average, you must pay attention to which color scene you choose because if you could find yourself with a very dark or a too colorful video.

The audio is good, it captures a nice stereo image with little bass (under 150hz is almost only rumble). You have to be careful with the mic gain, it starts clipping around 5 (with drums) and it's almost mute around 2.

The biggest problem is the reliability: it often stops suddenly, even if I use it with an external battery pack. It's a pity because otherwise it could have been a very useful device.

If you need something to quickly record audio and video that doesn't cost a fortune this might be the right camera. If you're looking for something more professional you better look elsewhere.

Zoom recorder with camera is great, I love the product and the feature of having 4K video...but why on Earth the display is like it is from 2005? It is not a big deal to put a better display, even with this small format..I can see pixels with the naked eye. I don't expect to have 4k resolution on such a small display, but what is there is a shame! You can't see a thing as a preview, you can just hope or pray that it will look nice...
MicroUSB connector is another outdated issue...

This is a good unit as it can be used to record gigs as it has batteries and is mobile. We were disappointed by the image quality when used for streaming via the USB connection to OBS. The resolution is nowhere near as good as a GoPro. We have yet to use it on a gig - for obvious reasons.

The video is great, but I was expecting a better audio quality, given by last experience with other Zoom products. There are two other things missing: 1) the possibility to record mp3; 2) the possibility to use it as an audio interface i.e. to use the mic to record directly into a daw. I guess it was not designed for this purpose but this feature to me would have been highly appreciated. Maybe it's possible with the USB mic option but so far I wasn't able to make it works.
