I have used 4 of these clamps to "hang" heavy big-sized toms and another 4 pieces for my 19 inch cymbals, on my Yamaha Hex rack. No matter how hard i play, the toms and cymbals will not budge. The build quality is superb, as usual with all Yamaha products. I recommend them and im looking to purchase some more, again.
