Guaranteed Quality
I used it together with a TH-904, in order to mount a cymbal right over my toms (in 25-year old Yamaha Stage Custom kit) and the result was better than expected.
As always, excellent quality by Yamaha.

must for yamaha drums owners
I have 2 yamaha drumkits. If your bass drum is not virgin and you have an extra hole on your tom holder (like the yamaha th945) then you definitely need this cymbal arm. It is very short and there's no way to scratch your bass drum. Perfect to add a splash cymbal above your mounted toms.

Sturdy arm
I use this cymbal arm for my secondary cymbal on a yamaha boom stand. With the yamaha clamp this does not move at all. As wit hall yamaha hardware you get that buletproof quality. The only con is this cannot be used with a straight stand as you will not bre able to place the cymbal (since the boom arm is not that long).

Price & performance
While Tama has the most sophisticated hardware around, there is little doubt that Yamaha hardware is the most durable. Unlike the former, Yamaha pipes won´t dent (if you are a bit careful), and the quality of the screws and metal parts are second to none.

Yamaha CH- 750 Cymbal arm- get it!
This Yamaha cymbal boom very is well made, I've just ordered a second one this last weekend because they are simply that good.
What I've noticed is that unlike my Pearl or Premier boom arms,it is lighter, but very solid. I'm currently using it for an electronic splash cymbal (12") and it is very good indeed at coping with the unbalanced weight with this line of cymbal. I get less shake when I use it on either a stand or on my Gibraltar rack and it is so stable I wish I got it earlier. I had heard from other working drummers that Yamaha's hardware was good & it's definitely true.
This short boom is solid but light, and the wing nuts have a really smooth action and nice feel:you don't have to exert much pressure or over tighten to move the boom adjustment gears, unlike many other brands. I don't mind the slightly matt finish around the gear adjustment areas, but if you're picky about unifying your hardware looks it may not be to your taste?
It is such a pleasure to use and so many drummers I know swear by this hardware for constant putting up & tearing down (it takes a beating really) that it makes good sense to use the boom if you have the opportunity. However, the only negative I can find is that the boom arm does not have a knurled surface for attachments etc...

Good product
I have a couple of them most not from Thomann, bought them in used condition.
But Thomann was the cheapest and the cymbal arms hold everything on place since weeks.
I can recommend them.

yamaha never fails
great small boom arms, the exact top quality you would expect from yamaha at a reasonable cost, i have used all the major brands over the last 25 years, but i keep coming back to yamaha, others may be more fashionable but the chrome is thin, the parts thread easily & you struggle to get spares from some makes.
This is just perfectly made, simple rugged & reliable.

Great
I use CH-750 cymbal arm for mounting splash cymbal next to two toms on TH945B tom holder. (stage custom set)
Well designed and manufactured, easy to adjust, typical Yamaha quality.
Recomended!
