Great ... until it died in its sleep
I was very happy with this In-Ear monitor system. Neat and tidy and simple to operate. Sound quality is good. I did not experience any 2.4gHz issues — the U45 marketing pushes its 5.8gHz operating frequency as an advantage over the 'crowded' 2.4gHz frequency.
However, having not used it for about four years (the band split), I recently got it out to charge it before use and discovered that the Transmitter was dead.
The battery was good, but the circuit was dead. So I have had to buy another transmitter to pair with the receiver which still works ... well, it turns on and the correct LEDs light up, so I am assuming that it still works.
Not very impressed !
