Good quality tuners
I installed these on my Harley Benton PB shorty and they're great quality, they feel nice and smooth to turn, little to no slack in the mechanism so nice and easy to get perfectly in tune instead of yo-yoing above and below the note for 5 minutes per string.
They look great, nice matte black finish all over apart from a small "collar" where the button meets the rest of the tuner, not a problem for me but might stick out if you're trying to go for a completely blacked out look.
The only reason I haven't given these full marks is because one of the screws (I bought 4 of these to install in line) sheared as I was installing it meaning I have a headless screw stuck in the back of my headstock that is impossible to remove without drilling a much wider hole, thankfully enough of it protrudes that it works as a positioning screw anyway, in fairness it could have been me going too hard but I really didn't feel like I was forcing it and I'm not exactly the hulk! They do ship with two screw per tuner despite only needing one so that's a nice plus.
Overall I would recommend these tuners, just be careful when installing the positioning screw.

Broken tuner replacement
I replaced a broken Warwick tuner with this. I think you can find better quality or more lightweight ones, but I prioritised the fact that I wanted them to fit the original ones without the need of other holes. They work well and the tuning is stable.

Very good for the price
I bought these because the tuners on my Ibanez SDGR were terrible (apart from that it is a very good low priced bass). These are of course not top-quality, but much better than the price suggests.
The original tuners had only one nylon washer and inferior metal. These have extra rings and the metal is ok. I fitted them by adding some lubrication (silicon spray) and they work very good now.

Solid and easy to install
These are very sturdy, and easy to install. They look great on the guitar, and they keep their tuning far better than the stock machine heads I had on there.

Effective machine heads (Review applies to both right/left of this product)
Used in a hand constructed fretless bass. For their price, these machine heads are pretty effective-easy to install, lightweight and secure. However they initially feel a little TOO light. There's very little substance to them and I would feel better long term with some meat behind them. That said, they haven't had any issues so far. They're strong and effective for the job they were put to use to, and are very good for their price. It's also very encouraging to see them sold in singles...sets for odd configurations can be a little hard to come by these days.

standard replacement for the warwick tuners
I replaced all of the tuning pegs of my corvette $$5 (german made) because one of them broke. These do their job for over a year now and still do fine. Price is quite good.
