Really disappointing

Bought for practising and recording bass, but the buzzing on power-up is so loud the amp is unusable. Returned to Thomann but replacement exactly the same (maybe the same unit - not sure, didn't record the serial number). Definitely not a mains related issue. Swapped to a UK plug, no difference except probably invalidated the warranty. Real shame as the sound is really good considering the size of the amp/speakers.
