Toujours surpris de voir à quel point les baguettes sont différentes, à quel point elles conditionnent le jeu, à quel point leur choix dépend des peaux, cette paire est également à essayer, sachant que il y aura toujours une situation où chacun les trouvera excellentes. Gute leichte Sticks für brilliantes Beckenspiel

Die Omar Hakim Signature Sticks wurden zusammen mit der Pearl Omar Hakim Signature Snare als Geschenk gekauft, ich habe sie allerdings auch ein wenig gespielt.

Die Sticks liegen gut in der Hand, sind dabei verhältnismäßig leicht, von Länge und Durchmesser Richtung 5A mit einer recht kurzen Schulter.
Das Hauptmerkmal dieser Sticks ist aber der runde Nylonkopf. Dieser erzeugt gerade auf Becken einen schön klaren Ping und klingt insgesamt heller, als Holzsticks, die ich sonst eher bevorzuge.
Ansonsten sind die Sticks recht gut ausbalanciert und wirklich angenehm zu spielen.
Lediglich für ganz harte Gangarten würde ich sie nicht empfehlen, aber dafür sind sie sicherlich auch nicht gedacht.

Nach einigen Rimshots sind schon recht deutliche Markierungen im Holz zu sehen, aber bei welchen Holzsticks ist das nicht so?

Bei einem der Sticks waren ein paar Klebereste unterhalb des Kopfes, beim anderen nicht, daher nur 4 Sterne für die Verarbeitung, aber das ist nur ein kleiner optischer Minuspunkt.

De très bonne baguettes que je trouve un peu lourde, c'est a se demander comment Omar fait pour aller aussi vite ! les olive en nylon donne une bonne puissance aux cymbales, surtout a la ride ce qui me plait. le très bon point de ces baguettes sont le bois que je trouve très beau et particulièrement agréable au touché, on a vraiment l'impression d'avoir de la qualité entre les mains.
