Toontrack's treatment of clients in atrocious!

I registered EZ Drummer 3 four days prior to Black Friday 2022 promotion. When I contacted Toontrack to ask whether they could apply the promotion considering I had just registered the software, they refused! Very poor treatment of clients! Buyer beware!
