Amazing pick!
I don't usually do reviews for something so small and "unimportant" as a plectrum. I have always had problems with dropping my pick. I've tried to fix that by buying coarse picks to give better grip. I've even used picks that had actual sandpaper on the grip portion. Nothing works. So that's just the way it is. Recently picked up playing Blues lead guitar, both electric and acoustic. My instructor suggested I switch to a thick non flexible plectrum for better control. I've tried a few 1.0+ mm picks with some decent success but I always seem to misplace them. I don't know why. When I saw these, I thought, more expensive, but I'm still learning this whole thick plectrum thing, why not give it a try. I'm very glad I did. First off, I don't drop these picks ever. Not ever. Grip is amazing. But that's not the best part. It's the way the pick makes contact and release of the string. Smooth like glass, but very controllable. The attack is amazing! But I stress, VERY controllable!! There is no popping of strings ever. the pick makes contact with the string, plucks it and releases instantly. Literally like smooth glass! I highly recommend that everyone try these. They last forever, unlike celluloid or nylon or Delrin or whatever other synthetic pick material you can come up with. But it won't wear out your strings like steel or brass picks will. Just give it a chance. Buy one and give it a shot. They come in every normal pick size and shape you are used to from 351 to super thick tiny Jazz plectrums. Even big triangle heavy rock picks. Just buy one in your favorite size and shape, and try it out. Not so great for strumming acoustic guitars, at least for me, but killer for electric!!

Great tone
Bought this for trying something different from regular tortex picks. It makes the tone bassier which I quite enjoy. The pick wear our quick unfortunately, but would definitely buy again.

It could use a couple of holes for better grip, but that's not a killer. perfect weight and tone, perfect feel, my favourite for archtops and acoustics.

Perfect..
My first expensive plectrum but sure not the last.. very nice grip,meaty like playing with fingers,durable and feels like glass on the strings.PERFECT for soloing and rhythm playing.

My favorite for clean tones its something special not so fast pick but with a unique sound you kind miss if you use a normal one . Highly recommend

Dear but worth it
5 bucks for a pick - madness.
But I would buy another if I lost it. Grip is really good and there is something great about the way it grabs and releases the string. Just perfect for me. Top marks. Best pick I've ever used and I must have tried dozens over the decades.

I love the thick ones baby!
I have this curse that I love the thick and (expensive) picks compared to a standard pick. Well this is not for every use pick obviously but for what it is made for (fast picking on an electric guitar), it does great. Don't use it on a classical guitar or bass, it sounds like crap. :D (Obviously).
Hope you also don't have my problem and like the expensive picks:D One won't make a dent in your pocket but the whole Timber Tones range might a little bit. :D

Interesting to try out
They give a cool unusual tone and look cool. The sound is kind of muffled. But they wear out quickly.

pick
great pick looks very pleasing to the eye and has great grip .Very affordable an great for any level guitarist .I also used this pick with a ukellel and it works great
