Sturdy and solid. Nice rubber feet on bottom, very nice look overall. Little minus is, that the handles work with spring and when the springs get tired, then you can not place them near subwoofer or they will make rattle sounds.
I am very pleased with this product. In my rack is power strip, DSP and two amps, all nice and firm. I could even keep the front cover closed and still use the rack's back part.

Excellent product very sturdy, very well made. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone. Houding 3 heavy amps plus Xover and still room to spare.
