Like the Thon Case for Maui 28 G3 Top Speaker, the Thon Case for Maui 28 G3 Subwoofer Speaker provides great protection for your Subwoofer. 1 star has been marked off for 'Handling' because, having previously 'upgraded' from the LD Systems Maui 28 G3 Sub Bag (Item no. 564254) these Thon Sub Cases are MUCH heavier to carry! Granted, they do indeed have handles either side as apposed to the hand-hole that's on the top of the LD Sub Bag, but whereas lifting the Subwoofer in the LD Sub Bag was a strain on the shoulder, the Thon Case for Subwoofer is a far greater strain on the back!
