Excellent music stand
Music stands can be very annoying. Some are far too heavy, some far too light and puny. They can be very awkward to unfold or fold away again. All the folding bits can jam or get stuck. Your fingers can get caught in the mechanisms. In fact music stands can be infuriating, and you can look very foolish wrestling with them as your audience looks on in amusement as you set up.
So here is the answer, Thomann's own music stand. Not too heavy and bulky, but not weak and skinny. The folding mechanism is simple and cannot jam. The height is easily adjustable, and the stand will safely support single sheets or a book of music. The matt black finish look great, and it comes with a nice strong bag to transport it in. I have not come across a better or more useful music stand, even those costing many times more are not this good for general use. I have used these stands onboard ships in rough seas, and they never fell over!

Why can't other stands be like you!!
I love this stand. It's super light and solid. Many musicians don't get how the button mechanism works; and it's fun to watch them struggle. It's super easy to setup and carry, case is also very handy. A must-have for any working musician.

Light and stable
A very good stand for its price: light and handy, but stable enough. The height is one of the main advantages: It can easily be used for practising violin while standing. There are not so many cheap stands that can unfold this high.
I was only using it for home practice and never took it outside, but for this purpose alone the stand is a perfect fit.

It serves its purpose
Bought this stand for my stepdaughter.
The stand is being regulary assembled and dissassembled, after more than a year still serves its purpose.
Its a bit hard to assemble it (for a child) as you need quite a bit of strenghth to press the button, otherwise is great.

Gets the job done
A good stand that's quite good for the price. It's a bit too light so it's easy to kick it to the ground with a light touch, but it gets the job done. I've been using one at rehearsal for months now and I'm happy with it.

Overall great product.
Bad side - build quality isnt that good, one of the back plate joints is so weak , i can dismatle it just by touching it.

Cheap stand that does the job. Comes with a nice little bag which it fits in easy enough. Is versatile in height.

Amazing service
I ordered these stands on Thursday and they arrived today. They are very stable and easy to adjust and appear to be good quality.
Time will tell how long they last but first impressions are excellent.We will be using these for rehearsal purposes so they appear to fit the bill exactly.

Almost perfect
If only the screw that is usted for tightening the base were made of metal instead of plastic I would score a 10.
