Would be great if it would stay "locked"
I really liked the bag when i first saw it. I've been carrying a travel hard-case and it's been pretty tiring. Getting this was such a relief because now my almost daily walk with the saxophone is extremely easy. I can fit everything, and take it all barely feeling the weight.
The problem is that the handles are constantly loosening up, so i have to pay attention to it, or else, it will get loose and fall of my shoulders.
If the handles locked, it would be a perfect bag. And the fact that it risks dropping the saxophone to the floor, it's a major setback.
Other than this really annoying problem, i like it, as it really helped me.

Not best quality
The case handles and strap are pretty comfortable, which are an improvement on my previous hard case. However, the space for the instrument parts are pretty limited: my saxophone struggles to fit in when I have my neck-saver in and there isn't a lot of room for the neck and mouthpiece. Additionally, the front pocket used for holding sheet music etc. has burst at the seam from having a simple folder inside it. It could do with some re-enforcing.
