Horrible handling

My order arrived with the packaging torn and duck taped over as if someone looked on the inside and sealed it back. The plastic foil protecting the gigbag had holes in it and my bag arrived with many dirt stains on it. The bag was deformed when it arrived. I think the package wasn't handled with care at all, I expected a higher quality delivery.
