The rosin just pulled out the strings

I am very disappointed, I just received it the night before a gig, so I decided to try it out in live action. When I first started to apply the rosin, the strings just kept falling out even for the slightest pull… I don’t think this is a general problem, since I read the other reviews, but it occurred to me so here’s this: mine is very low quality, possibly a faulty one, was not worth the wait and the money.
