Not suitable for the ANT Start16
This was bundled with the ANT Start 16 UHF Radio Mic... Unfortunately, it is not at all compatible with the power pack that is supplied with the Start 16

Bulky but not great
This is a quick solution for converting a 2-pin plug for UK use but it's very big for what it is and the 2-pin plug does not fit very securely. It would be much better to use one of the more compact solutions on the market, or just change the plug!

plug issue
Wir in GB sind etwas hinter der Zeit. Das finden viele schön britisch oder exzentrisch oder eben genau den Grund, weshalb sie England so mögen.
Trotz EU usw. haben wir aber ein Riesenproblem: ein Steckdosensystem, was meiner Meinung nach von Heinrich dem Achten erfunden wurde aus Rache an seiner(n) kontinentalen Ex-Frau(en). Deutsche Stecker passen nicht. Lösung: Adapter. Gut! ABER: In Deutschland kennen wir große, runde Stecker, meist für Großgeräte (Staubsauger, Waschmaschinen usw.) und kleine, schmale Stecker für z.B. Föns, Netzstecker für Ladegeräte, eben Kleingeräte.
Der hier angebotene Adapter ist eben für solche Kleingeräte. Nichts auszusetzen.....außer, man bestellt ein Thomann Digipiano mit deutschem Stecker für Großgeräte. Dann steht man vor dem Problem, einen dicken, runden Kreis in ein kleines Rechteck stecken zu sollen....Oh nein, das geht nicht. Nicht mal in England mit Druiden und Hexenhilfe.
Nach vielem Lob für Thomann nur meine erste Kritik an einem unfähigen Kundendienst, der es nach Wochen noch nicht geschafft hat, mir ein passendes Netzteil zu senden.
Ich habe mir nun erlaubt, auf Amazon zurückzugreifen.
Schade!

bulky & flimsy
I thought my device was faulty but turns out it was the fuse that kept popping out of the back of the adapter..
Thomann really should accommodate it's Irish & UK customers with better adapters for their products (and you shouldn't have to buy them separately)

A bit flimsy and very chuinky. Would appreciate it if Thomann could supply UK/Ire standard power adapters.

Did not work for me
This was supplied with another product that it was not able to be used with. So, I could not use it. The physical connector on the other product would not fit.
I just had to buy an alternate power lead instead.

Difficult design
In the last few months I've gotten about 4 of these for different products and so far the design hasn't allowed me to use them at all. If the plug fits in then its fine, but most plugs in my experience, don't.

a poor power adaptor
these arent the most reliable power adaptors, I've had things come unplugged from them at crucial points in recording, as they don't fit snugly around the plug, so it is loose. I recommend going for something slightly better

not so great adaptor
Unfortunately the power supply for my wireless system I purchased here was in the European 2 pin format and not in the UK/ROI 3 pin format. So this adaptor came free and is needed to be able to power the wireless system in Ireland. Unfortunately the power plug for my Wireless system I purchased does not fit very securely in the adaptor so in a live stage setting I wasn't confident in this adaptor for my wireless system. I ended up buying a new power adaptor in Ireland to power my wireless system.
