Not even for a skype-call
My personal experience for your reference
Hi, my name is Oskar. I'm not a professional of any kind when it comes to audio production and everything I do around music and video is only a hoby for me. I do, however, spend alot of time around professionals in different kind of studios and with different kind of equipment so I know the difference between good and bad stuff, on an amature level, at least.
I bought this microphone just to have a "vocals testing" -device at home but it didn't even deliver on that.
Super high noise created by the USB-static interference.
Metalic-audio quality that just sounds dreadful.
I wouldn't even use this microphone to call my mother on skype.

the screw does not slide down
I put a lot of faith in this product as it was supposed to be "good quality". I spend two hours just trying to attach the microphone to the base but the screw on the microphone was stuck and did not slide down to get fixed to the base.
I also got injured at my finger trying to twist it to make it slide down. So much for a good quality product! Never again.

I am not sure if I got a bad piece but the sound level is really low and the dynamic range is really shallow. I have cheaper lavalier mics that have done a better job... From now on I only buy quality mics with phantom power, it seems that these usb ones are not that good.
