Good quality microphone package on a budget
I ordered the t.bone SC 400 + Popkiller package so I could record demos at home before going to the studio. This package was a great price and suited my needs at the time.
After using it for a few years now, I'm really impressed with the sound of the microphone. I thought I would only use it to get ideas/demos recorded, but a lot of the vocals I recorded with this mic ended up on my studio album! It's very versatile and it is a great microphone for a home studio if you're on a budget. It's also a good introduction to large diaphragm condenser microphones. I have used it for vocals, acoustic guitar, voice-overs, percussion and I'm pleased with the results.
I have only used this mic at home, so I'm not sure how well this would hold up in a touring situation. The build quality is good so it should survive the normal wear and tear.

Great Mic easy to use very durable, for its price it punchs way above its wiegfht. great purchase. I used it for acoustic recording very clear and not much to mess up with it.

tBone SC400 Mic
Very good value for money vocal microphone. Very decent sound, sensitive so use a pop guard. I managed to knock mine over and break a little plastic diaphragm holder inside it, but it was easily disassembled and glued, works as good as new now. My own clumsy fault! Requires 48V phantom power supply. Recommended. Hard to beat for the money.

The speed of delivery was excellent and the items received in very good condition. Top quality sound.Used for personal recordings in small garage and also to mic up drums for gig purposes

This is a great sounding Mic, it doesn't have any attenuation or Pattern Switches, but it has got a lovely warm sound & comes with a high quality shockmount & softcase.
