I've had this jack for over a year and just realized as I was A/B testing studio headphones that the imaging was way off. Tried unplugging this adapter and the imaging was perfect. I can't believe this crap adapter made me believe many headphones had bad imaging when it was this terrible adapter that messes with the sound. Testing against another high quality adapter the problem disappeared. Insane how much time this cost me.
